Leather is a natural product, therefore each product will be unique and might vary slightly in colour and structure. This only adds to the character of our high-quality products and we are sure you will love your Zelat Leather piece as much as we love making it.

Basic Sale Terms & Conditions:

  • The sale offer is only applicable to selected available stock on website and while stocks last.
  • Discounts apply to selected items only. Discounts are not valid on previous purchases or sale items and are exclusive of shipping charges. Discounts may not be combined with other offers or discounts. The product must be in stock to receive the discount as limited quantities are available.
  • Please note: Some items are final sale and therefore may not be exchanged or returned.
  • Offer valid while stocks last. Offer may be modified or terminated at any time.
  • No exchanges on sale items unless defective.
  • Zelat Leather reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you.

Return Policy:

We want all our customers to be happy with their Zelat Leather products. If you bought one of our products and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at admin@zelat.co.za with the reason and photos of the product – within 7 days. We will do our very best to accommodate a replacement product or credit refund.

You are welcome to exchange the product within 7 days from receiving the item, provided that:

  • The products need to be in the original condition, and in original packaging.
  • The products are unused and undamaged.
  • Courier cost for returning items on your own account.
  • All returned goods are inspected to ensure that they are undamaged, unused and in original packaging. When we receive the item back, we will first inspect it to see if it is in an unused condition and then contact you.
  • Zelat Leather reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, has been damaged or is not in the original packaging.
